At a great height above sea level, where the clouds get near in order to kiss the earth, we find the most Andean area of Northern Argentina. A different aspect of the region, where beauty becomes colder and harder but not less breathtaking. Take the “Train to the Clouds”, a train trip that goes up to the “Polvorilla” Viaduct, in the San Antonio de los Cobres spot, to reach 3,500 m. a. s. l., where the arid mountainous climate hardens the faces of the local people.
Ways of mobility:
On foot, by car, by four-wheel drive vehicle, by train.
